BOOKING INFORMATION

A deposit of one nights tariff or 30% (whichever is greater) is required to secure your booking.

Should it be necessary for you to cancel, we will refund a portion of your deposit, less a cancellation fee of $10.00, as follows:

Full payment of the remainder is due on arrival. 
Payment of this may be by Cash, Bank Cheque, Debit Card or Credit Card (Bankcard/Visa/Mastercard/Eftpos).  Except for deposit payments, personal cheques are not accepted.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR EARLY DEPARTURE

$10.00 refundable Boomgate Key bond is required on arrival.

Bookings are not transferable to another person or to another time.

If requested, we will endeavour to hold a particular unit for you, however we reserve the right to move your booking to an equivalent unit for the same period.

Check in time is between 2:00pm – 8:00pm but may be available earlier by prior arrangement.  Check out time is by 10am on the date of departure.
Late check out may be available (conditions apply).

When a deposit has been paid, accommodation will be held until 10am of the day after your booking starts, unless we are notified and agree to hold it longer.

Only one car and boat is permitted per site.  Extra cars/boats during peak seasons (by prior arrangement) will incur a daily cost of $3.00 each.

Dogs are welcome on a leash at all times and are not to be left unattended. Also upon arrival at park a Disclaimer must be signed by owner of dog, agreeing to take full responsibility for said dog whilst in the confines of Countryside Caravan Park.

All cabins are non-smoking and under no circumstances are dogs permitted inside.

Please note that our Cabins/Caravans are not serviced.  Pillows, sheets, doonas and towels are supplied to Double Beds Only, whilst limited bedding is available for hire.

QUIET TIME, FOR THE COMFORT OF ALL, IS 11PM TO 7AM
